These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thane have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Every product page states what you are buying and in what format. If anything on a product page is unclear, email us before you pay rather than after.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken by Razorpay at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already paid for.
Some checkout pages offer optional add-on products. These are clearly labelled and priced, and you see the full total before you confirm payment. Nothing is added to your order without your action.
Digital products are delivered immediately. A download link appears on screen when payment completes, and a copy is sent to the email address you entered. It is your responsibility to enter that address correctly.
If a link does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders, then email contact@braingyan.com and we will send the file directly.
For booked sessions, you receive a calendar link on payment. Sessions can be rescheduled by replying to that confirmation. Repeated failure to attend a booked session without notice may be treated as the session having been delivered.
When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non transferable licence to use it. You may:
You may not resell it, share the file publicly, upload it to file sharing sites, or reproduce substantial parts of it in your own paid or free material. All content, including the A2C AI Framework and its component method names, remains our intellectual property.
Our books and sessions are education, not a guarantee of income. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing and the work you do. We make no claim that you will earn any particular amount, and any example or case study we publish describes what one person achieved rather than what you should expect.
Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax or medical advice. For those, consult a qualified professional.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if a product does not deliver what we said it would, email us and we will refund you.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
