Refund Policy

Every book we sell carries a plain promise. Read it, and if it does not hand you at least one change worth more than you paid, email team@braingyan.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount.

You keep the file. At these prices the administration of clawing a PDF back costs more than the book does, and we would rather you had it.

If you complete a paid diagnostic or coaching session and leave without a clear answer to the question you came with, email team@braingyan.com within 7 days of the session and we will refund the fee. You keep the recording and any notes or roadmap produced during the session.

If you need to reschedule, reply to your booking confirmation. There is no charge for rescheduling. If you do not attend a booked session and do not tell us beforehand, we may treat the session as delivered.

Add-on products selected at checkout are covered by the same 30 day promise as our books. Email us and tell us which item you want refunded, and we will refund that item without affecting the rest of your order.

Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Razorpay typically credits the amount within 5 to 7 working days, though your bank may take a little longer.

We are straightforward about refunds, and we ask for the same in return. We may decline a request where there is clear evidence of abuse, for example repeated purchase and refund of the same product, or redistribution of a file after requesting a refund for it.

Printed books bought on Amazon or Flipkart are subject to those platforms' return policies, not this one. We cannot refund an order we did not take payment for.

Our products are one time purchases. There is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge on any product sold on these pages. If you ever see a repeat charge from us, email team@braingyan.com immediately and we will investigate and refund it.
