What we collect

We only collect what we need to deliver what you asked for.

Your name, email address and phone number, when you buy something or request a free resource.
Your order details: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as device type, approximate location and the pages you viewed.
Anything you choose to tell us in an email, a form or during a coaching session.

We do not ask for, and never store, your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.

How we use it

To deliver the product you bought, including download links and calendar invitations.
To send receipts, and to answer you when you contact us.
To send occasional emails about our books, sessions and resources. Every one of these has an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.
To understand which pages and adverts work, in aggregate.
To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations in India.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade your email address. We do not send you offers on behalf of unrelated third parties.

Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, your card or banking details go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection. They never reach our servers and we never see them.

We receive only the outcome: whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and the name, email and phone you entered. Razorpay handles that data under its own privacy policy, which we recommend you read at razorpay.com.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this business. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.

Systeme.io, which hosts these pages and sends our emails.
Razorpay, which processes payments.
Google Analytics and Meta, which tell us in aggregate how our pages and adverts perform.
Our email and calendar providers, for scheduling and correspondence.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid order from an Indian authority.

Cookies and tracking

Our pages use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to measure traffic, and to see which adverts lead to purchases. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the pages will still work, but our traffic numbers will simply be less accurate.

Your rights

Email contact@braingyan.com and we will act on any of the following within 30 days, at no charge.

Ask what personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your data, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Unsubscribe from our emails, which you can also do yourself from any email we send.
Withdraw consent you previously gave.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as Indian tax law requires. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep nothing simply because it might be useful one day.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and affects people already on our list, we will say so by email.
